What Neville is saying, and what this meditation will guide you to do is to use your imagination to ‘think from the end’. That is: imagine you are already happy, have perfect health, play guitar perfectly, have the house and so on – in the now.
What we think + what we feel creates a vibration, a frequency that either is coherent or discordant with our desires. When we create powerful images in our mind (intent) and we then begin to ‘see’ them and feel them in our heart as if they are already happening in the present moment – this is when true manifestation can happen.
Through repeated listening and repeated re-wiring of the brain with the vivid and clear images accompanied by matching feelings (of your desired state), your subconscious mind will begin to awaken and embrace is at true and real. This powerful belief, no longer limited and weak, will fuel the forces of the quantum field to create your new reality.
You are a creator, you are the artist of your life, and with your powerful focused thoughts, your vivid imagination and your emotions to carry the signals – you can create your day.
There are four parts to the meditation. Jenny starts off with an introduction, easing you into the practice with the sounds of the Tibetan bowls in the background that continue throughout. This is intentional, and the sounds and vibrations induce a relaxed, trance-like state to help quieten your mind.
Then, with a calm and quietened state, you will be guided to breathe mindfully and deeply, becoming aware of your body, furthering your relaxed state. Your attention will continue to go inward as the external distractions fade away.
At this point, the creative part of the meditation, Jenny will guide you with empowering and inspiring words to gently and firmly lead you to begin to ‘see yourself anew’. You will mentally and emotionally create your day and/or your desired state of Being.
Jenny’s voice is calm, soothing and hypnotically commanding. Each time you listen to this meditation, you will be able to add more detail to your imagination, to the images you wish to manifest, and most importantly: to the feelings of already being/having that which you desire.
You will hear the words from time to time floating (it is not constant, but enough to keep you focussed and creative) and there are moments of quiet with only the music in the background to allow you to enter into the empty space in your mind and fill it with your desires.
Remember: the mind does not know the difference between what is imagined and what is real. Once you practice this meditation, you will start to notice changes in your inner world and eventually in your outer world.
How you think and feel creates your state of being and your state of being determines how life responds to you and through you.
Start your day with positive and deliberate intention and embrace your power to create your reality. Step by step, you will come to know that life doesn’t have to just happen to you – you make it happen.

For best listening and meditation, here are some tips:
⊹Please wear headphones or use stereo sound speakers (great for yoga/meditation class!)
⊹An eye mask might be appropriate to block out any other sensory stimulation.
⊹Find a comfortable position –
⊹Sit upright in a chair with good back support and feet touching the floor, or
⊹A seated meditation position with legs crossed in front of you, or
⊹A Japanese style seated position with a cushion under your bottom, and hands resting on your lap.
⊹Alternatively, you may lie down, however you may fall asleep! I recommend that if you do lay down, lie in a semi-supine position: legs/feet resting on a chair at 90 degrees to the floor)
⊹Feel the feelings of having/being/doing that which you desire. Get emotional!
⊹Finally, give thanks at the end of the meditation for your new state of Being and new life. Give thanks as if your prayers have been answered.
